SHIPPING
We will send your purchase to the provided delivery address, free of charge in South Africa within 5-10 days of orders being placed. We serve customers worldwide.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products purchased from Taggs.

The courier cost of returned items will be at the customers expense.
This policy forms part of the Taggs Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
3.1. Unwanted Products
In general, you can return an unwanted product to our store location or via courier at your personal expense, provided:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels/stickers intact;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). Please refer to our FAQs for some examples;
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- it is not listed in section 2 - Products not eligible for return; and
- you can log a return via email: taggs@global.co.za within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received for a store credit. Please note that only the value of the goods will be credited, should you require a courier to be arranged on your behalf the cost of that will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Taggs is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Shipping charges for returning any item(s) will be at the customer’s own cost.
Goods sent via the national post / to the post office will not be collected and or refunded.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, worn, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
Exchanges
Fashion products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product at your expense, should you wish to complete your exchange in-store, you may do so. If such variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) within 8 days of you logging the return.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
Products not eligible for returns
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:
- products marked "Sale";
- electronic vouchers;
- Underwear, swimwear, men's undergarments;
- products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.
